BAD customer service
Parcel picked up on agreed date, booked one day delivery option at extra cost, parcel delivered 3 days and 3 hours later. Contacted company who just said it was to be delivered the next day, a day late. Asked about refund on the charge for one day delivery, have been totally ignored. Extremely bad customer service, will never use again and hopefully others will not either!

Used MPD twice. Not gone so well.
I've used My Parcel Delivery twice in the past two weeks. To be fair I think the fault is with DPD. I paid for next day delievry with DPD via MPD. Dropped off at the collecton point on Wednesday, collected on Thursday and delivered the following MONDAY !!! The second time I made sure I dropped off the parcel when the collection point opened at 9am. Not collected (yesterday) and still waiting at the time of writing. Emailed MPD on both occasions. No reply (yet). I guess Christmas will be the excuse. If it's not going to be "next day" don't advertise it as such !!!

One year, and 19 emails later, still not refunded
In October 2021 they damaged the item I was returning to Victoria Plum, who sent me photographs and explained they could not refund me.
Finally, at the beginning of June 2022 Ryan (Customer Service Supervisor), confirmed I would be paid as a claim (only half the value of the item due to £ limit per kg on the insurance), and asked for my bank details. Over 4 months later I am still waiting to be refunded and my emails are being ignored.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I am £447 out of pocket.

Take your money then ignore you! cowboys!
Came to collect pallet 3 days before it was due to be collected and wasn't ready for collection, never returned on the correct day to collect. i was promised by RYAN from support that i will receive a refund within 3-5 working days, several emails now and no reply. its been over a month of waiting. court papers will be filed within 7 days if moneys are not received..

Placed my order on Monday for …
Placed my order on Monday for collection Tuesday. Stayed in all day and no collection. Phoned Wednesday morning to be told collection today before 5pm. No collection at 4.20 so phoned but all busy so went on live chat- Still on chat and being told collection will be today but maybe as late as 8pm. Hope it will be collected but two full days staying in awaiting collection. What annoys me is that I did not realise this was a third party and thought my booking was direct with UPS. Will not use again - EVER.

sent a few different items ,broke 3 out…
sent a few different items ,broke 3 out of 4 ,gave them another try ,packed a wooden ornament in a blanket then 2 wooden boards then bubble wrap then cardboard ,arrived damaged ,had to refund customer .promised compensation ,now going on 4 months nothing ,

Good and Bad
Positives: Good price and collected on time.
Negatives: Tracking didn't work and delivery was late. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Requests on chat and by email for investigation and explanation repeatedly met with standard Ts & Cs type response.

One star too much
One star too much. Telephone number doesn't work. Support is unable to help. Your queries get shunted between department and remain unanswered.
The only thing they are competent at is taking the money ... after that, good luck getting any sense out of them. My parcel wasn't picked up. I was probably one of the lucky ones. There are reports of many going missing and the "insurance" just happens to exclude all household items ... which covers pretty much anything. Go elsewhere. Waste of time and money

I needed a parcel collected and delivered and having never done it before checked a few companies on trust pilot. These guys had the best reviews so I paid for a premium service, with additional insurance, cost me just under £100. They were due on Friday and simply never turned up! I have opened a ticket to ask what is going on, no reply, and have searched high and low for a telephone number for these guys, it doesnt seem like one exists.How can you be a reputable company with no contact number?!? I have also messaged them on Facebook, nothing.

Disgraceful, useless and incompetent
Disgraceful. A collection was rearranged each day for 3 days but the pallet collection company never received the order even though MPD said it was on their system. They string you along with all sorts of promises that they cannot keep, they mislead you and are strangers to the truth. No phone number so you're stuck with 2 (1?) imbeciles on the chat system who enjoy playing games. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID! The company works well and they collected my parcel on time, however, I had to cancel one collection and they haven't refunded my money after one month yet.

I have started a dispute with my bank as it looks the only way to get a refund. Make sure to pay using PayPal if you decide to go for it.

I booked a delivery on 26th October
I booked a delivery on 26th October. It still hasn't arrived on 22nd November. They have refunded my delivery after having sent 7 emails and a letter but won't refund the amount insured as they're saying the item isn't lost. This was an ebay sale so I have obviously had to refund the seller. They rarely respond to emails and haven't responded to the letter.
I strongly suggest you don't use this company.

Just shocking
Just shocking. Placed an original order for pick-up, due to a software 'glitch' no labels were produced and the courier refused pick-up, rescheduled the delivery, asked for labels which were sent manually, stuck the labels on and received a cancellation I did not request (no refund) a few hours later which apparently cannot be reinstated. Worst customer service experience EVER.

Pallet courier didn't bother to collect & this cost me a £475 sale.
Pallet courier didn't collect & this lost me a £475 order. I have also paid £70 for this non-existant service.

Why bother promoting your company & then when I DO use you, your courier doesn't even bother to collect?

Pointless waste of time. I don't believe this company has any contact with couriers & is just a scam website to siphon money out of people.
